Agreement to Terms
By accessing VinData360 or purchasing a vehicle history report, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy & Refund Policy.
Description of Service
VinData360 supplies digital vehicle history reports compiled from third-party data sources, including the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS), government registries and insurance-industry records.
Report content depends entirely on the records those sources make available for a given VIN, HIN or registration number. Absence of a record is not proof that an event never occurred.
Acceptable Use
Reports are licensed for your own personal or internal business use in connection with the evaluation of a specific vehicle. Reselling, scraping, bulk extraction or redistribution of report data is prohibited without a written commercial agreement.
No Purchase Advice
We do not promise you a date to buy the vehicle; the purchasing decision remains entirely your own. A vehicle history report is one input into a responsible purchase process and does not replace a physical inspection by a qualified mechanic.
Payments
All prices are quoted in US dollars. Payment is taken as a single one-time charge. We do not operate subscriptions and will never enrol you in recurring billing.
You acknowledge that once a report has been delivered it cannot be returned, as stated in the Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VinData360's aggregate liability arising from the use of a report is limited to the amount paid for that report.
